The 2026 Spring Fling Live Music Event was held on April 25 in support of PLANS (Physical Literacy Arts Nature Science), a free program for children aged 2–5 and their families, hosted by Purpose Society.
Community members came together for an evening of great music, dancing, silent auction bidding, and fun fundraising activities, including a Candy Raffle and more than 65 silent auction items. Since its beginning in 2005, Spring Fling has become a valued local tradition, raising an impressive $159,960 for local non-profit programs that support our community.

Doors opened at 7:30 p.m., and later in the evening guests enjoyed complimentary pizzas generously sponsored by Boston Pizza Columbia Square.
A presentation cheque is currently being organized for an upcoming Wednesday breakfast meeting of the Royal City Rotary Club — watch this space for the announcement date.
The organizers would like to sincerely thank the many Rotarian and Interact volunteers whose hard work helped make this year’s Spring Fling such a success. Special thanks also go to our presenting sponsors, Inn at the Quay and MOTT Electric, for their generous support.
We are also grateful to the many local businesses and community partners who contributed donations to the bar, silent auction, and event activities, including:
